Late & Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me that you aren't going to make it and then proceed to booking your new appointment via website. This means a new deposit will be expected.
I will not book any appointments through text messages.
Cancellations:
Cancellations within 24 hrs of appointment time will be charged 50% of remaining balance.
No call/ no show & same day cancellations:
All no call/no show appointments or same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. If you are a no call/no show you are ineligible to book in the future.
Please arrive FULLY detangled to all hair appointments. If hair is not detangled, there will be an additional fee added to the remaining balance.

There is a 7 minute grace period for all appointments. On the 8th minute if you are not in the chair you will be charged a late fee of $15. Your appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes.
